Premium standard just below Grade A, very good and representative physical quality. For urban clean markets, daily consumption, and fresh-produce e-commerce.
Medium size with standard quality specifications, still highly fit for consumption. For traditional markets and mid-scale processing businesses.
Smallest size, industrial grade — nutritionally sound. For chips, banana flour, snacks, and zero-waste derivative products.
Note: Grade is determined by banana size — the higher the grade, the larger each hand, so a 10 kg box holds fewer hands. Distribution covers traditional markets, wholesale markets, clean markets, and modern supermarkets.
Intercropping System.
On ±100 hectares of active plantations, we plant secondary crops and vegetables between the banana trees. Nitrogen fixation from legumes accelerates the harvest from 12 months to just 9 months, while giving farmers an interim cash-flow harvest every 30–75 days.
